I'm amazed at how great the sandwich is over here! I got the Bada Bing, which is like an Italian style topping sandwich. The meat and veggies are chopped together and then placed in the freshly made bread. The size is huge and definitely good to share with another person. I need to come back and try the other chopped sandwiches

The bread Dos Hermanos uses for their sandwiches is top tier! Crispy, chewy, nutty and fluffy all at the same time. I got the sandwich week club and the only thing I would add is a little more sauce, more mayo? Maybe an aoli? They also have a build your own option. Anyways a fantastic sando shop with a huge selection of take home bread loafs.

At this brand new authentic Mexican bakery and sandwich shop on SE 11th Ave & Stark St near the Goat Blocks in SE Portland. Place is getting a lot of hype on the food blogs.
